Valley Brook Drive is an absolutely wonderful location with quiet, friendly neighbors! This is the perfect home for small to mid-sized groups, coming with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage with a driveway for plenty of parking space. If you're looking for something close to the Dayton International Airport, this is a convenient location as it's located nearby. If you're looking to grill out during your stay, the back deck comes with patio furniture and a grill! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home and smoking/vaping is not allowed inside.

Welcome to beautiful Englewood, Ohio! This spacious townhome has so much to offer the second you enter it. It's a perfect option for a large family seeking a long-term or short-term stay. Complete with two living room areas and two dining spaces, there is plenty of space for your party to spread out as needed. Many of our previous guests have commented on how quiet the area is, and we believe you will find that to be true as well.

We love sharing our home with visitors. We also value our guest feedback and have therefore made updates to our space since being listed to make it more accommodating for your stay. In addition, we offer towels and basic consumable toiletries you may use throughout your stay. We also offer Keurig coffee in the kitchen. Feel free to help yourself to the different flavors we have available or remember to bring your personal favorites with you when you come.

KITCHEN
Transitioning into the kitchen, you will find it to be a semi-open space that allows you to see into one of the TWO dining spaces found in this home. Whip up your favorite meal for dinner or a late-night snack and send it through the pass-through area for easy convenience. We supply the pots, pans, utensils, and everything else you will need to make cooking easy and fun!

LIVING ROOM(S)
Space is never lacking in this home. There are TWO living rooms for your party to spread out in and enjoy. One is located on the main level and features a fireplace, TV, and comfortable couches. The second living room space is located upstairs and features tons of natural light, two sofas, a chair, and a flat-screen TV with Roku.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, walk-in closet, and double sinks. You will love all of the space found in this room/bathroom!

The other two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. They also feature a sitting chair for relaxing, comfortable bedding, and plenty of storage space for unpacking your belongings.

There is also a half bath that can be accessed from the general living areas. All bathrooms have towels and basic consumable toiletries you are welcome to use if you so desire.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in this unit that you may access. We have everything you need including detergent, dryer sheets, and an iron/ironing board.

PARKING
Parking is free, and you are welcome to park your cars in the driveway or on the street out front of the home.
